More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
